Job DescriptionOur Female Care Practitioner role involves assisting individuals with disabilities and/or additional support needs in all aspects of their daily lives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support with medication and finances.
- Assistance with housework, meal preparation, cooking, and personal care.
- Encouraging active engagement with the people we support.
Requirements:
- Confidence in using computers.
