Special Needs Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Zen Educate. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with children with special needs, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children with special needs on a 1:1 basis, helping them with their academic and social development
- Working closely with other members of staff, including teachers and senior leaders, to ensure children are making progress and their needs are being met
- Following the educational healthcare plan and managing behaviors where required with consistency, empathy, and patience
- Being open to personal care or toileting help for children who require it
- Being flexible to the needs of the school and a reliable member of the team
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children and has a strong commitment to providing high-quality support. If you are a caring and patient individual who is looking for a rewarding role, we would love to hear from you.
Please note that you will need to hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain a new one.
