Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mould Shop Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our mould shop within our manufacturing facility. This role involves managing a team of toolmakers, machinists, and technicians to ensure efficient production of high-quality moulds while maintaining adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train mould shop personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure moulds are manufactured to specification and meet customer requirements.
- Implement and manage quality control processes to ensure high-quality products are produced.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a mould shop environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of moulding processes, materials, and equipment, ideally in the electronics and electrical engineering sector.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing quality control processes.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
