Wellness Specialist

At Nuffield Health Brentwood, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wellness Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fitness department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal training sessions and inductions to our members.
The ideal candidate will have achieved REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above) and possess excellent communication skills. You will be confident in delivering a range of sessions, including group and personal training, as well as inductions and consultations. We offer a competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus the opportunity to progress into leadership roles within the company.
