2nd Line Support Analyst - Inside IR35 - Hybrid

We are seeking a skilled 2nd Line Support Analyst to join our client's team on a contract basis, initially for 4 months with a view to extend. This role is INSIDE of IR35 and is a hybrid position, with 2-3 days per week on-site in the City of London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues.
  • Manage and maintain IT systems, including Windows 10/11 laptop builds and automation of Windows 11 builds.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts using Intune and PowerShell.
  • Collaborate with the service desk team to ensure seamless support delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience as a 2nd line Support Analyst/Engineer.
  • ITIL Foundation/Certification.
  • Service Management Triage - Service Desk Plus (Zoho ManageEngine).
  • Windows 10/11 laptop builds.
  • Automation of Windows 11 builds.
  • Intune and PowerShell Automation.
  • Automation experience - particularly round laptop setup.
  • End user deskside support.
  • Citrix - nice to have.
