Job Title: Second Line Support

TRIA is seeking a highly skilled Second Line Support professional to join our team. As a Second Line Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft products, including Intune, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11
  • Collaborate with the first line support team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft products and technologies
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, including Intune, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Desirable:
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and infrastructure
