About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, sales orders, and cash lodgements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing: Verify and process invoices from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Sales Order Processing: Manage sales orders from receipt to completion, including processing payments and updating customer records.
- Cash Lodgements and Posting Allocation: Process cash lodgements, allocate funds to relevant accounts, and maintain accurate records.
- Invoice Checking: Conduct thorough checks on invoices to ensure costs and stock quantities are correct, and raise queries for resolution with employees and suppliers.
- Query Resolution: Respond to queries from employees and suppliers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a small to medium-sized team.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in accounting or a related field.
