We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in North Scotland.

As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our new build education project in Tain.

The successful candidate will have experience delivering new build projects within a main contracting environment and possess excellent technical knowledge and eye for detail across a range of work packages.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and directing sub-contractor partners to deliver work packages such as groundworks, drainage, structural frame erection, roofing, cladding, interior fit out and finishings.
  • Ensuring that standards are met to achieve Passivhaus standards.
  • Coordinating site logistics, movement of plant & labour, and ensuring safety is maintained.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Based on location and industry standards, we estimate this role to pay around £65,000 per year.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and UK Driving License.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage and direct sub-contractor partners.
