About the Position

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the site operation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This involves managing resources, maintaining records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate site activities to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree in construction or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in site management, leading large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, motivating and directing a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, identifying and mitigating risks.
