About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Thermal Land and Consents Graduate Programme at SSE Thermal. As a graduate, you will play a key role in contributing to our mission to deliver flexible energy and support the transition to a net-zero world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with experts in the land and consents team to gain exposure and experience in a business area.
  • Develop technical skills and knowledge through a structured development programme.
  • Contribute to high-profile projects supporting our vision of becoming the leading provider of flexible thermal energy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create value for shareholders and society through sustainable energy infrastructure development.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are on track to achieve a 2:2 honours degree in a relevant discipline, such as geography, sustainability, environmental science, surveying, or planning. You should also have some practical work experience and a genuine interest in SSE Thermal and the energy sector.
