Key Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize all crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and equipment to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.

  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Report any accidents or near-miss incidents to the Chef or Supervisor.
  • Assist with food preparation and service as required.
Requirements

  • Basic food-handling skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy items as required.
