About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Adult Care Assistant Day to join our team at Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust. As an Adult Care Assistant Day, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide person-centred care to patients, ensuring their dignity and respect are maintained at all times.
  • To work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver effective care plans, addressing the physical and emotional needs of patients.
  • To maintain accurate records of patient care, adhering to trust policies and procedures.
  • To respond promptly to clinical emergencies, prioritising patient safety and well-being.
Requirements
  • Educated to GCSE level Grade C in English and Mathematics or equivalent.
  • Care Certificate and/or equivalent healthcare experience.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is £19,737 - £20,513, dependent on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on national averages for similar roles within the NHS.
