We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Implementation Manager to join our team at Legal & General. As a key member of our Asset Management division, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and retention of our Corporate business.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Corporate Implementation Team in providing a comprehensive service to clients, including project management, organisation, and communication.
- Assist in the process of transferring business to Legal & General, including DC workplace products and IOP activity.
- Produce and lead on the production of project documentation, including project plans and transition process maps.
- Liaise with DC Workplace Operations, Communication, and Change colleagues to support and oversee all aspects of the project process.
- Ensure effective communication with all parties involved in the implementation, both internal and external to Legal & General.
- Review and maintain project plans, transition process maps, and other relevant project management templates to improve quality and efficiency.
- Keep divisional MI relating to agreed projects up to date in real time via Salesforce.
- Hold post-implementation reviews with clients to ensure feedback is collated and shared appropriately.
- Experience and knowledge of workplace pension product solutions and the marketplace.
- Demonstrable communication skills, with the ability to articulate and convey information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to build good working relationships with professionals across the business, internally and externally.
- Excellent attention to detail and focus on improving business performance through exceptional content.
