Support Analyst for Insurance Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Support Analyst to join our team in Guernsey. As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and resolving issues related to our Online Service Centre (OSC). You will work closely with our operational business teams to investigate and resolve issues, and provide technical support to our infrastructure team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the status of online systems and undertake remedial actions as required
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external users to resolve issues
- Deploy new software releases to the production environment
- Provide technical support to and maintenance of the OSC infrastructure
- Deliver analysis and reporting using relevant tools to monitor the status of online systems
Requirements:
- GCSE English and Maths
- Higher education or degree in computer science, software or similar
- Experience in supporting production software systems within a business environment
- Knowledge of database tools, specifically SQL, SSIS and SSRS
- Good communication skills to provide a professional service to internal and external partners
