About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our Client Applications team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and support, working closely with our client-facing teams to elicit detailed requirements and enhance our core systems and financial reporting suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with client-facing teams to gather requirements and develop solutions to meet client needs.
  • Provide second-level support for client requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our systems and data, identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our organization.
Requirements
  • Advanced PC skills, including MS Office suite and experience with databases and programming languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
