Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Sales Administrator to join our team at Lookers Cardiff PSA. As a key member of our Fleet Sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our sales staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Invoicing new vehicles and processing manufacturer purchase invoices with high accuracy.
  • Liaising with sales staff to ensure their paperwork is correct and up-to-date.
  • Inputting stock details on the group's ordering platform to ensure seamless inventory management.
  • Booking delivery dates of vehicles for our customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or fleet environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude to work effectively in a busy team.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, including Kerridge, with full training provided.
