Salary: 25,000 basic salary

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

At Lookers, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Sales Administrator to support our Fleet Sales team in delivering exceptional administrative services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing manufacturer purchase invoices, liaising with sales staff, and ensuring accurate paperwork. They will also input stock details on our ordering platform and book delivery dates for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Invoicing new vehicles
  • Processing manufacturer purchase invoices
  • Liaising with sales staff and ensuring their paperwork is correct
  • Inputting stock details on the group's ordering platform
  • Booking delivery dates of vehicles for our customers

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administrative role and possess strong interpersonal skills. They will be self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn, with a positive can-do attitude. Previous experience with Kerridge would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
