Salary: 25,000 basic salary

Hours: (37.5) Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Lookers Cardiff PSA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Sales Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the Fleet department.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administrative role and possess strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage new vehicle invoices
  • Liaise with sales staff to ensure accurate paperwork
  • Input stock details on the group's ordering platform
  • Coordinate delivery dates for customers

Requirements

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn, with a strong ability to work at pace and provide exceptional administrative support.
