Senior Account Handler - Corporate & Commercial

We're seeking a Senior Account Handler to join our team in Stourbridge, working closely with our Account Executive to develop and implement strategies for renewal, attend client meetings, and action meeting points. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years commercial insurance experience, excellent technical insurance skills, and a strong understanding of GCSE Maths and English.

As a Senior Account Handler, you'll play a critical role in achieving Group/Division client retention targets by providing an exceptional level of service. You'll liaise effectively with the Account Executive to ensure an appropriate strategy for renewal, attend client meetings as necessary, and action meeting points. You'll also issue renewal documentation in line with contract certainty, handle all queries in a professional manner, and process adjustments in line with procedures.
