Internal Sales Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Administrator to join our team at Recra Consulting. Our company prides itself on providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and Issue Quotations: Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of quotations to customers.
  • Manage Customer Interactions: Provide exemplary service and address customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Process Sales Orders: Accurately and efficiently process sales orders to meet customer needs.
  • Procure Materials and Consumables: Source necessary materials and consumables, and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for material traceability.
  • Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and cohesive workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Factory Master or similar MRP/ERP systems.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Manufacturing Experience: Prior experience working within a manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Organizational and Multitasking Abilities: Possess excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
