About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quotation Management: Prepare and issue accurate quotations to customers in a timely manner.
  • Customer Interaction: Manage customer interactions, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless execution of customer transactions.
  • Procurement and Logistics: Procure necessary materials and consumables, and diligently follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for material traceability, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and cohesive workflow, driving business success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional Communication: Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in using Factory Master or similar MRP/ERP systems, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Manufacturing Experience: Have prior experience working within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and logistics.
  • Organizational and Multitasking: Demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a strong willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
