Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Learning Resources Facilitator to join our team at eTeach UK Limited. As a key member of our Learning Resources team, you will provide exceptional support to students and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our Learning Resource Centres.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the Learning Resource Centres, working collaboratively with colleagues to provide excellent support to students and staff.
- Carry out counter duties, including the use of a computerized system to issue and discharge materials, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Assist users in researching and retrieving information from the Learning Resource Centre's paper-based and computerized resources, providing expert guidance and support.
- Promote the Learning Resources service to students and staff, highlighting the benefits and resources available.
- Support students in maintaining a positive and respectful learning environment, ensuring that all students can learn and thrive.
Requirements:
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students and staff at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of working in a team environment, with a commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
- Understanding of and commitment to the eTeach UK Limited Equality and Diversity Policy, with practical ideas for implementation in this role.
Working Arrangements:
