Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Macroeconomic Analyst to join our team in London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in macroeconomics and experience in working with economic models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of high-quality macroeconomic analysis by developing and implementing econometric models.
  • Analyze and interpret economic data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex economic concepts to non-technical audiences through reports, presentations, and verbal updates.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a macroeconomics role at a professional services company, Central Bank, or Think Tank.
  • Strong understanding of primary sources of global and UK macroeconomic data sources and data providers.
  • Experience with R and Python programming languages for time series estimation and model development.

The salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive pension scheme, generous holiday allowance, and opportunities for career growth and development.
