About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team on a bank contract. As a Band 5 nurse, you will provide direct personal care to service users without close supervision and coordinate the care given by colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality safe nursing care ensuring consistently high standards of practice and clinical excellence
- Co-ordinate comprehensive service user assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of person-centered care in a collaborative way
- Maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with the Multi-Disciplinary Team
- Lead the delivery of first-class service including assessment and monitoring of physical health and maintaining service users' rights
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a nursing registration obtained as a result of completing a qualification recognised by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). You should also have experience of research-based/reflective practice and be able to use supervision to reflect on skills, attitude and knowledge.
