We are seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Beckton. This specialist Tier 4 Personality Disorder service provides care for women with complex mental health needs.

About the Role

This full-time position involves working alongside a dynamic and forward-thinking team to deliver high-quality care. The successful candidate will develop therapeutic relationships with service users and carers, collaborating to ensure safe and effective care delivery. Key responsibilities include maintaining contemporaneous records and care plans, as well as motivating and influencing service users' drive for recovery.

Benefits

The hourly rate for this role is £53 per hour, with opportunities for increased earnings after 18 months of employment. A relocation package of up to £3,000 is also available, along with a range of benefits including a full-time contract, NHS and employee discount scheme, and 50% NMC registration renewal paid by Cygnet. Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a current Pin Number. A strong understanding of the Mental Health Act 1983 and latest nursing practices is essential, as well as a commitment to patient recovery in order to effectively monitor, manage, and reduce risk.
