Electronics Hardware Design Specialist

OpenSourced is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to assist in the design, production, test, and development of electrical and electronics hardware for our technical products and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop electrical and electronics hardware, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
- Investigate and troubleshoot electronics hardware faults, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and implement test plans for electronics hardware, ensuring thorough and efficient testing.
- Support the development of new products, including manufacturing and testing of electronic assemblies, and collaborating with contract electronics manufacturing (CEM) companies for PCB assembly build and testing.
- Generate engineering documentation and prepare test reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze data to identify patterns and recommend alternative strategies, contributing to the improvement of our QA systems and quality ethos.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and legal work environment, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Proven expertise in electrical and electronics hardware design, with a strong understanding of technical specifications and quality standards.
- Proficiency in soldering and reworking PCBs, including LSI and fine-pitch components, and ability to build small circuits for test purposes.
- Familiarity with electronics in a production environment, including ESD precautions, and ability to work effectively in a team.
