The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is a centre of excellence for cancer services, recognised world-wide for its quality care and research. This Consultant Radiologist/Nuclear Medicine Physician role is part of a cohesive team delivering Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT and Radioisotope Therapy services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver specialist services in Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT to consultant level
  • Conduct imaging research with an excellent track record
  • Experience in Radioisotope Therapies and presenting at MDT meetings

This is a full-time post with the option to work part-time. The ideal candidate will be accredited in Nuclear Medicine, on the GMC's Specialist Register or within six months of admission. A permanent Consultant position with the opportunity to develop a specialist interest.

Requirements
  • Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR) or Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians
  • Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Nuclear Medicine or within six months of award by date of interview
  • Full and specialist registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
  • MBBS or equivalent qualification

Salary: £85,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include opportunities for career development and a comprehensive pension scheme.
