This role involves leading change management initiatives to drive business growth and improvement in our client's Liverpool office.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Leading the development of change management plans and strategies.
  2. Providing coaching and support to leaders on change management best practices.
  3. Evaluating the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
  4. Maintaining relationships with stakeholders to communicate change.

What We're Looking For

  1. Proven experience in change management roles.
  2. Expertise in change management methodologies and tools.
  3. Project management skills and certifications.
  4. Ability to maintain stakeholder engagement.

The Offer

£60,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

25 days annual leave, employer pension contributions, private medical insurance, green car scheme, cycle to work scheme.
