Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our Adult Clinical Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, while also leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide direct care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • To lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals
  • To develop and implement effective care plans
  • To maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Active NMC registration
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

Benefits: £3,600 car allowance, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, mileage (18p-23p per mile), registration funding yearly
