Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Clinical Lead for Diabetes Care to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Nurse Practitioner to take on a leadership role and contribute to the development of high-quality patient care.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care on a busy diabetes ward.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based clinical practices to improve patient outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • Essential Qualifications: 1st-level Registered Nurse
  • Desirable Qualifications: Advanced clinical qualifications or relevant postgraduate experience
  • Experience: Leadership or management experience within a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of diabetes care, current nursing issues, and infection control practices
  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Liverpool.
