About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for providing advanced clinical nursing support and advice to junior doctors, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams within the trust.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical nursing, with a proven track record of managing complex patient cases and developing effective care plans. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior medical staff and other stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with ward managers and matrons to ensure smooth handovers and effective communication
  • Contributing to the planning of shift rotas for senior nurse practitioners
  • Documenting holidays and sickness in a timely manner
  • Ensuring full holiday entitlement is taken within the calendar year

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
