Transport Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join our team at Ignition Driver Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our transport operations team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the transport operations team, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with stakeholders.
- Assist with the coordination of transport operations, including scheduling, routing, and logistics.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including transport schedules, driver hours, and vehicle maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transport operations.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a busy transport office.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry software.
