About the Role

Kennedys is seeking an experienced Associate to join our Healthcare Division in Birmingham, Cambridge, or Sheffield. As a key member of our team, you will work on NHS Resolution clinical negligence claims and inquests, providing expert advice and representation to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on medical insurance coverage and health law matters
  • Represent clients at inquests and judicial reviews
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement effective strategies for our clients
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our Healthcare Division
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience as a UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified
  • Previous experience in clinical negligence claims and inquests
  • Strong knowledge of insurance and coverage issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
