Account Office Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Account Office Manager to join our team at ANY-Web Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Purchase Ledger Duties: Utilize Xero software to manage sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
  • VAT Returns: Prepare and submit VAT returns in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Banking and Bank Reconciliations: Manage banking activities, including reconciliations, to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Monthly Management Accounts: Prepare and present monthly management accounts to stakeholders.
  • Year-End Preparation: Oversee the preparation of year-end accounts for external auditors.
  • Office Maintenance and Administration: Coordinate office maintenance contracts, liaise with suppliers, and manage office supplies.
  • Support to Colleagues: Provide administrative support to colleagues, including document creation, client liaison, and query resolution.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to take on a varied role, with the chance to develop their skills in accounts and office management. The company offers training on Xero software, and the successful candidate will have a good background in accounting and experience with Xero.
