Job Summary
Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Staff Nurse to join our team in the Recovery Independence Beds unit. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.
Main Responsibilities
As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing the healthcare needs of patients, developing care plans, and monitoring the quality of care provided. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to set goals towards discharge and provide clinical skills such as medication administration, wound care, and catheterization.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of our services. You will have the opportunity to work in an integrated multidisciplinary team, including senior nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and medical staff. You will be expected to be proactive, dedicated, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered nurse with the NMC and have experience in rehabilitation and reablement care. You will also need to be well-organized, confident, and able to work flexibly with minimum supervision. Leadership and management skills are also essential, as well as good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
