Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services in our Recovery Independence Beds unit.
Key Responsibilities- Assess the healthcare needs of patients and develop personalized care plans
- Monitor the quality of care and make adjustments as needed
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to set goals and achieve successful patient outcomes
- Perform complex clinical skills, including medication administration, wound care, and catheterization
- Supervise and delegate tasks to junior staff members
- Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices
- NMC registration
- Caring and compassionate approach to patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
