About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Exhibitions Project Administrator/Trainee Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing exhibition projects from conception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing exhibition project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
  • Coordinating logistics, transportation, and installation of exhibition materials
  • Maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have a strong background in exhibition management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You must also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent communication skills.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is subject to negotiation during the hiring process.
