Our client is looking for an experienced **Project Coordinator **to join their established team. The role will be **predominantly remote**, with occasional travel to their **Medway based offices**.

If you have experience within the facilities management industry, have **good working knowledge of excel**, and want to work in a **predominantly remote role,** then this could be the position for you

**Duties include**:

- Dealing with B2B Clients and maintaining relationships
- General administrative and operational duties
- Offering support for clients and suppliers when the Account Manager is unavailable
- Collating reports, data analysis, as well being responsible for reports and analysing trends
- Ensuring strict deadlines are abided to by suppliers
- Looking into any issues that arise and resolve them
- Monitoring the admin inbox
- Monitoring contractors against SLAs
- Experience within a similar role
- PPM or facilities experience (Desired not essential)
- Experience monitoring contractors
- Good working knowledge of MS Software’s including Excel
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work within a fast-paced environment and prioritise own workload
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills with a proactive approach to work
