Job Description

CITIZENS ADVICE WEST NORTHAMPTONSHIRE AND CHERWELL LTD is looking for a Case Management Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple project work queues and reporting on case status to the Group Manager
  • Delivering benefits casework and advice to clients through various channels
  • Attending outreach locations in West Northants and Cherwell as required to deliver a service at various locations

Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of benefits policy and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including:
