Support Worker - Neurological Rehabilitation Centre

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at a specialized Neurological Rehabilitation Centre in Daventry.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Support Worker looking to make a meaningful impact in neurological rehabilitation. As a key member of our team, you will provide day-to-day support for patients undergoing neurological rehabilitation, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to patients
  • Assist patients with daily activities, including personal care and mobility
  • Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans
  • Use PMVA techniques to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
Requirements:
  • Experience in a neurological or healthcare setting (desirable)
  • PMVA Certification (required)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Empathy and a caring approach towards patients and their needs
What We Offer:

A competitive hourly rate of £11.44-£12.50 per hour (dependent on experience and shift type), plus flexible day and night shifts available.
