Permanent Futures, a dynamic ambient food manufacturer, requires a highly skilled maintenance technician to drive production excellence.

About the Job:

This challenging yet rewarding role involves taking ownership of our factory's equipment and contributing to the success of our manufacturing processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain equipment performance to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Planning Department to secure equipment availability and minimize downtime
  • Proactively identify and address potential failures to prevent costly repairs
  • Support external contractors to ensure seamless maintenance operations
  • Implement and maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the factory

Qualifications and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of HNC/NVQ level 3 in an engineering discipline, accompanied by relevant practical experience gained through an apprenticeship or equivalent formal training programme.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications
