Salary: £33,000 - £51,000 (OTE)
Job Description:
We appreciate the dedication of our colleagues who go the extra mile for our customers. As a Highway Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our roadside operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair vehicles and equipment used in roadside assistance
- Conduct regular checks on vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working order
- Identify and report any defects or issues with vehicles and equipment
Benefits:
- A competitive base salary of £33,000, complemented by an average OTE ranging from £44,000 to £51,000

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and repair
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
