Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled technician to join Project Start Recruitment, providing expert building fabric maintenance services across various disciplines.
Job Description:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing PPM and reactive building fabric works, both internal and external. This includes tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out scheduled maintenance and repairs to buildings
- Perform emergency repairs and respond to service requests
- Maintain a high level of work quality and adhere to health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry/Joinery or equivalent qualification
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience working in a retail or commercial environment
