Rural Youth Care Coordinator

Job Type: Part-time, 30 hours per week
Location: Rural locations in Surrey and West Sussex
Estimated Salary: £21,000 - £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Role:This is an exceptional opportunity to work with teenage boys and contribute to their growth and development. As a Rural Youth Care Coordinator, you will create a safe and supportive environment, helping young people build essential life skills and confidence.
You will plan and deliver activities tailored to individual needs, promote learning and integration within the home, and maintain accurate records of progress and behavior. Collaboration with local authorities is also a vital aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain positive relationships with young people and their families.

- Collaborate with local authorities to ensure high-quality care.
- A driving license and access to a vehicle are necessary.
- A Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification is required.
- Flexibility with working hours, including shift work, is essential.
