Audit Accounts Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit and Accounts Senior to join our team at TPF Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a mixed audit and accounts service to a range of corporate and non-profit organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare financial statements from clients' trial balances.
- Audit all areas of financial statements and prepare audit files for review.
- Take responsibility for all work allocated, communicating with managers and partners as necessary.
- Meet deadlines in an efficient and effective way.
- Contribute to a positive team culture, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to support colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, demonstrating kindness, respect, and a commitment to supporting the team's success.
- Provide on-the-job training for team members when appropriate.
- Work on multiple jobs simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
We are looking for a qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent, with a strong background in audit and accounts. You will have demonstrable experience gained within an accountancy practice environment as an Audit Senior/Executive or Semi-Senior. Your experience will have been gained in a Top Tier/Mid Tier/Top 50 or large/medium independent firm background.
You will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, both internally and directly with clients, as well as experience of supervising others and delegation of work. You will be looking for an opportunity to progress your career post-qualification and develop within a leading firm.
Benefits- Annual salary £30,000 - £42,000 per annum (FTE), depending on experience.
- Salary review annually in July.
- Paid overtime or time off in lieu.
- Auto-enrolment pension scheme.
- 25 days annual leave (prorata), with an additional day after every 4 years' service, up to 5 additional days, as well as Christmas Eve.
