A new contract with Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) presents an exciting project, delivering various building, electrical, and mechanical works across multiple prestigious hospitals and facilities. This partnership underscores our resilience and commitment to delivering impactful projects, adding to our growing portfolio in the North West region.

About the Role

The Senior Construction Project Coordinator will work alongside the assigned Project Manager to deliver the project to GRAHAM's high standards, complying with all HSE guidance and GRAHAM procedures. Key responsibilities include:

  • Updating contractor project reports/programmes in advance of meets
  • Attending Client / Prestart / Progress meetings
  • Working with the design team to resolve on-site design issues
  • Delivering and scheduling works with direct labour and sub-contractors
  • Managing H&S on site, including inductions of GRAHAM staff and Subcontractors
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment
  • Demonstrate relevant previous experience in a similar role working within a trade or construction background
  • CSCS Card
  • Health & Safety Induction Including Management System
  • Demonstrate previous relevant management experience

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as professional development opportunities and a dynamic work environment.
