About the Role:
We are seeking a Health Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team at Vitality. As a sales specialist, you will be responsible for introducing potential customers to our unique health insurance proposition and following up on leads to ensure a smooth sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their health insurance needs
- Present our health insurance proposition to customers and address any questions or concerns they may have
- Work closely with our customer support team to resolve any issues that may arise during the sales process
What You'll Need:
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of one year's sales experience in a contact centre environment. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
