About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Relations Director to join our team. As a key member of our hospital team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with consultants, ensuring timely resolution of queries and complaints, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as Key Account Manager for consultants in the hospital
  • Respond positively and effectively to queries, complaints, and challenges from consultants
  • Comply with all relevant mandatory training
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants to ensure timely resolution of queries and complaints
  • Provide exceptional customer service to consultants and other stakeholders
