Lead the Way in Wellness

ESPALife at Corinthia Dubai is seeking a visionary Spa and Wellness Director to spearhead our mission to redefine the wellness experience. As a dynamic leader, you will be responsible for driving the success of our ESPA Life team, collaborating with the Corinthia Hotel team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Lead a high-performing team of spa professionals, complementary alternative medicine practitioners, and visiting practitioners
  • Collaborate with the Hotel Sales & Marketing team to integrate ESPA Life into the hotel's overall marketing strategy
  • Manage spa operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure ESPA Life remains at the forefront of wellness innovation
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Spa Director or equivalent in a 5-star environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for developing and growing talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to diverse cultures and backgrounds
  • Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Passion for wellness and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
