Job Title: Consultant Relations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Relations Director to join our team at Circle Health Group Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with consultants across our hospitals.

About the Role:
  • Act as Key Account Manager for consultants in the hospital, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of queries and complaints.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve consultant satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to consultants.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in consultant relations, making recommendations for process improvements.
